Our Story
From the plant floor to running the company
Bhavna Packaging was founded two years ago in Manjusar, Savli — but the standard behind it goes back much further. Before starting the company, our founder spent 12 years working across the stretch film and industrial packaging industry, moving through different companies and roles along the way. He worked the production side, the supply side, and the customer-facing side of the business — which meant seeing the same product from three very different angles before ever putting his own name on a roll.

The Goal
Why we started
After more than a decade watching customers get oversold on the stuck with a one-size-fits-all roll that didn’t match their actual load, our founder set out to do it differently. Bhavna Packaging was built to ask the question suppliers usually skip: what are you actually packing, and what does that load need? A pallet of finished goods, a crate of water bottles, and a bundle of e-commerce parcels don’t need the same film — and we don’t treat them like they do.
The Outlook
What two years has built
In two years, Bhavna Packaging has grown from a single product idea into a full range — LLDP stretch film from machine grade down to baby core, spanning 23 to 50 micron with custom sizing available on request. It’s still a founder-led operation, which means the person who answers your call about a sizing question is the same person who understands why that size matters.
